It’s been a hot minute since we’ve been in Europe (pre-Covid as a matter of fact) and even longer since we’ve been in Germany. I’ve been looking forward to this trip for months and I’ve so much hiking planned!
But first we travel! We took public transit to the airport and caught both the bus and train promptly. Read: there are no photos because things worked too well. The airport was boring and uneventful and so was the flight.
Well. Mostly. This plane had a new to me feature where you could watch 3 different cameras outside the plane! Great at low altitudes and not so great when you’re above the clouds or in the dark which we were for the bulk of the flight.
We landed a bit late in Munch and then we took public transit to our hotel. We arrived in one piece but out of energy so we picked up a low-key dinner from the grocery store next door.
Cheers to the best kind of travel day: an uneventful one! Time to rest up so we can rally for tomorrow!
